The Altelekker Youth Camp was established in 1991 and has grown ever since. The original focus was to offer leadership identification courses, but soon the camp's popularity grew and the type of groups visiting became more and more diversified. Today they host groups ranging from choirs; youth leaders; churches; school outings; leadership courses; small conferences, students; matric dances; weddings, birthday parties, sports groups and many more.

CAMP DISCOVERY is a 270 hectare Game Reserve situated only 60 km north of Pretoria in the Dinokeng Nature Reserve. 

All program content is based on experiential learning principles, which means learning takes place through goal orientated games and outdoor activities. All programs are facilitated by the General Manager who resides full time on the premises, together with is energetic team of highly trained facilitators.

Programs can be presented in any language on request.  Choose the duration of your camp (from 2 days)

The MIGHTY APIES RIVER VENUE is situated in Grootvlei (close to Pretoria) on the banks of the Apies River. Ideal for Leadership Camps, Church Camps, Conferences and Year-end-functions. Book your camp to experience an African atmosphere. The beautiful thatched roof hall seats up to 700 people and is great for conferences, events and camps. Full sound desk and PA system with monitors available. For school groups a team of qualified life coaches are always around the premises throughout the day to asssist the learners in motivation or development activities. The obstacle course is good competition and brings teamwork into action. A soccer field, basketball court and mini-golf course is available at the venue for the learners to enjoy. Secure tents with bunker beds inside for learners!
